Yoga is my morning mantra. I can stand on my head while simultaneously thinking about breakfast. They say yoga teaches calmness, but when I try to do a crow pose, my dog gives me a look like I’ve lost my mind. After a session, I feel as flexible as spaghetti - too bad I don’t taste as good
